I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship strain, trauma, creative blocks, and psychedelic integration. Many of my clients feel disconnected – from themselves, from others, or from meaning. Some come from marginalized identities and want a therapist who understands cultural complexity and lived nuance.
If you’re ready to explore your patterns honestly, reconnect with your body, and build change that lasts beyond the therapy room, we can do meaningful work together.

About Me
Welcome to my corner of therapy.
I know what it’s like to move through life asking, “Can I catch a break?” I understand how relentless inner narratives can evolve into anxiety, depression, or that heavy feeling of being stuck. My path into this work was shaped by both professional training and lived experience – learning firsthand how powerful it is to face our stories instead of running from them.
I’m the founder of Rain or Shine Therapy in Vancouver, on Coast Salish land, and I bring that same spirit into my work at Wellness Evolved. As an Asian cisgender queer woman of colour, primarily of Chinese descent, I carry multiple cultural narratives within me. Identity, belonging, spirituality, and resilience are not abstract ideas in my life – they are lived realities. Travel, community, and creative exploration continue to shape how I understand the human condition.
I believe healing is about reclaiming your narrative. Not erasing pain, not bypassing difficulty, but learning how to understand it so it no longer runs the show. My work is rooted in the belief that your body holds stories waiting to be heard – and that when we listen carefully, real change becomes possible.
My Approach
My style is collaborative, curious, and grounded. I draw from music therapy, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, parts work, counselling psychology, and psychedelic-informed preparation and integration. I also incorporate harm-reduction principles when working with plant medicine experiences.
While I’m influenced by big ideas – including quantum theory and interconnectedness – my sessions stay practical and embodied. We focus on what is happening in your nervous system, your patterns, and your relationships. Insight alone isn’t enough; we work toward shifts you can feel in daily life.
If traditional talk therapy has felt limiting, we can widen the lens. Sometimes music or the body reveals what words cannot. Sometimes altered states require integration so insight becomes grounded action. Sometimes couples need a new way of understanding one another’s emotional language.
I believe that dismantling old barriers requires both safety and accountability. I will meet you where you are – and I will gently challenge you when growth asks for it.
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to return to yourself with greater clarity, freedom, and trust.
