FIRST, START HERE ON LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF LIFE I'M TALKING ABOUT...

MY SPECIALTIES

TRAUMA

For too long we have suffered from a collective suppressed pain problem. Intergenerational trauma has passed this down the line and our tribe has become disconnected as a result of the cultural pathology underneath the suppressed pain. However, I am VERY hopeful and encouraged by a web of heart warriors working behind the scenes to transform consciousness and move us forward as a collective. Do the work on you and step up. We need open hearted people being fiercely loving. It’s not about the absence of pain--it’s about the ability to grieve it and move through to the other side where freedom and vitality awaits.

ADDICTION

Show me an addict or an alcoholic because I have never met one. Who I HAVE met are human beings that struggle with the behaviour of problematic substance use. People will come to me questioning whether they are an alcoholic and I say unequivocally “No, you’re not. But before you allow that to mean anything, I should let you know that it seems that you have a problem with alcohol.” I repeat: there’s no such thing as an alcoholic because you don’t NEED to be an alcoholic to have a problem with alcohol. Now to be clear, if someone comes in saying they are an alcoholic and they want to stop their drinking--I don’t argue with them about the label.

PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION

If you have lived long enough, you know that PTSD, depression, anxiety and addiction can all be very difficult to treat. Psychedelic medicine is a gift to humanity as insights from these molecules will ripple out to heal the world. Plant medicine has revealed things to me that I can only describe as miracles of healing. Human beings really do have an innate healing intelligence and when you can clear obstacles out of the way, it’s miraculous what the human spirit is able to achieve in the quest to restore function and attain wholeness.
